Halloween 2011

Halloween was celebrated this year, as our first year in a Neighborhood, with excitement and decorations... even a coordinated costume effort by Abby & Hayden.  We ended up with far below the 300 trick-or-treaters that some neighbors had predicted, mainly because our house is in the newer section of NWX.

The full effect of this photo is lost until you understand that there was a crowd of 20 children (our group) pressing against this gentleman at the door, upon which he decided to tell them to "Line Up Across the Porch!" and doled out his candy in an orderly fashion.
